Science is cool! But also can be super overwhelming and complicated. There's a ton of lingo, too many syllables, and more acronyms than people know what to do with—a reality people with COPD are all too familiar with. We became determined to break down the science behind COPD, and how NUCALA can help, in a way that people can really actually understand. Because people living with COPD shouldn't need a medical degree to be engaged in their health, we created an MOA video that broke down the science, featuring metaphors connected to real life and language that didn't require a dictionary.

This unique production had multiple moving parts. We worked with external animation vendors to bring our initial concepts and storyboards to life, and much was filmed on a closed stage to allow for seamless integration of CGI elements in post-production .
